Biography
Roger Federer is a Swiis player. He was born in Basilea, Switzerland in August and he studied at a sport school in the outskirts of Basilea.
When he was young he oftne watched TV and asmired two great tennis players who were on television: Stefan Edberg and Boris Becker. He took he first racket at the age of eight. However, he liked football and hochey much more than tennis. When was fourteen he joined the Swiss Tennis Federation, he didn't like it because he was obliged to intense training on the clay court. When he was sixteen he won his first ATP tournament.
